Our practice focuses on business valuations for closely held companies and family owned businesses.

We work with our clients to determine the value of their businesses for gift and estate tax purposes, succession planning, buy/sell agreements, sales, acquisitions, and other reasons.

We work with clients on their banking needs, financial analysis, and management issues.

We have experience with a variety of clients and businesses in many different industries.

Our clients are owners and executives of closely held companies and family owned businesses. The business structures include partnerships, limited liability companies, and family limited partnerships.

We have valued retail businesses, manufacturing companies, distribution companies, construction contractors, franchise operations, professional practices, personal holding companies, and companies which own, operate and lease commercial real estate and residential apartment units.

Daniel Pharr is a Certified Public Accountant and Accredited in Business Valuation by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He is also a Certified Valuation Analyst, a certification awarded by the National Association of Certified Valuation Analyst (NACVA).

We follow the professional standards of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as set forth in their Statement on Standards for Valuation Services, and the standards of National Association of Certified Valuation Analyst, and when appropriate the standards set forth in the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.
